Hello and welcome to the 2024-2025 school year!

I am very excited to join the Manhattan community as Principal of Wilson Creek! I have been working in the field of education for the last 21 years in both instructional and administrative positions. I have a background in both counseling and special education that has enabled me to be a strong advocate for all students. "It takes a village to raise a child," and we are truly a village with teachers, parents, and other community members working together to provide what is best for every child! I believe in teaching the whole child and supporting each student's academic, behavioral, and social emotional needs. As an educator, I hold a profound responsibility and an extraordinary opportunity not only to impart knowledge but also to make a positive impact in the school and community! The staff at Wilson Creek are dedicated to providing an engaging learning environment for PreK-1st grade students! I'd like to welcome back our returning families as well as welcome new families to the Wilson Creek family as Wilson Creek prides itself with creating and maintaining a family atmosphere!
